MC040SLF - Single phase, single pole fuse
The latest product to arrive in the street lighting market is the new MC040SLF. With a new design & improved features the MC040SLF replaces the industry standard MC040SLE.
The MC040SLF has been redesigned in a high grade, high performance plastic. Its new low body line split increases cable access. By incorporating retained fixing screws, this allows for reduced installation time.
Its new redesigned cam operated lever mechanism allows for zero extraction force. Operating the MC040SLF's cam lever ensures electrical disconnection prior to the removal of the fuse carrier.

- Designed, manufactured & tested in accordance with BS7654:1997
- Accepts fuse links to BS88 Part 1, AC16 tag type
- Single pole Isolation
- Single fuse
- LST fuses available factory fitted if requested
- All terminals are formed from solid brass, serrated and electroplated
- Maximum cable of 16mm2 stranded copper or 25mm2 solid aluminium conductors
- Cable entry via PVC grommets as standard
- Outgoing cables exit below horizontal to form drip loop
- Sealing wire facility
